The block chamber is preciously welded by qualified steel and after precious CNC machining, also the heat treatment is a must. This can ensure the strength of the chamber.
Chamber size can be set by customer(as an option), this can permit customer produce various dimension EPS blocks.
Precious laser cutting steam plates in chamber can ensure the steam pass with the best effect. This can ensure the precious tolerance of the block dimension.
Filter style steam plates are available as an option. This can enlarge the flow of the steam, so the steam time can be reduced.
Hydrolatic driving device controls opening and closing of the chamber, the movement is very smooth. Through the hydrolatic clamping devices which are mounted in top and bottom of the chamber, the chamber can be locked very tight, not steam will be leaked. This is very important in molding step.
The specially designed conveyor section can protect the molded blocks very well, and it can avoid any damage during the transportation. Accordingly the peeling thickness in cutting machine is very small, the material cost will be saved.
