Since 1997, Hangzhou Hua'an Medical & Health Instruments is specialized in developing and manufacturing digital thermometers, infrared ear and forehead thermometers, and digital blood pressure monitors.
Monthly Turnout of 800,000 Pieces
We have two production lines manned by 170 to 200 workers, as well as 10 QC auditors and 25 R&D staff. We use two SMT and seven bonding machines. Thus, we are able to turn out 800,000 pieces monthly.
Each Unit Tested Twice Before Packaging
Our QA team strictly conducts inspections during production. Every unit is tested two times for accuracy before packaging, and a random inspection is done after packing. Due to our meticulousness, our products have passed FDA requirements on two separate tests, and we have passed on-site audits without any main defect. Our products also comply with or have approvals from the FDA, CE, RoHS, REACH and CFS.
Regular Tradeshow Exhibitor
Each year, we exhibit our products on tradeshows such as Medica in Dusseldorf, FIME in Miami, Canton Fair and CMEF in China.
